An ERP that automates the administration of Togo's vocational training centres.
The challenge
Under PAFPE, a German–Togolese cooperation programme, vocational training centres needed one shared tool for their admin work: enrolment, grades, absences, assignments and fee tracking, on computers and phones alike.
What we did
- ListenA review of how the centres worked and a workshop with the people involved, then a technical proposal.
- ScopeA review of the functional requirements with the project team.
- BuildWireframes and designs for the web and mobile versions, from sign-in to the dashboard.
- TestingPrototypes tested with the training centres, and schedule follow-up with the development team.
