The challenge
Registration, insurance, roadworthiness test, road tax: a vehicle's papers sit in the glovebox, and deadlines arrive without warning. Karpak wanted everything in the phone, with reminders at the right time, even without a network.
What we did
- ListenUnderstanding how drivers handle their papers and servicing, and what they forget most often.
- ScopeKeeping the essentials for the first version: the garage, the documents and the reminders.
- BuildJourneys, mockups, then the iOS and Android app, with a progress check-in every week.
- LaunchA private beta to test with real drivers before opening to the public.
