The challenge
A public platform serves staff in very different roles, often short on time and not always at ease with the tool. The goal: clear journeys and consistent screens from one end of the platform to the other.
What we did
- ListenUnderstanding the staff's roles and the steps their files go through.
- ScopeMapping the existing journeys and setting priorities with the project team.
- BuildThe platform's interfaces, from sign-in to file tracking.
- HandoverA documented design system, handed to the development team.
